We are delighted to announce Granite Loft‘s won a special 2020 Salt Lake Parade of Homes, “Millennial Living Optimized” Award! What does that mean? Maintenance-free living, wicked fast internet connection, gathering spaces for memorable moments, green spaces for your pup, and a two-car garage in a townhome layout. We hear you millennials!

In every building project, we design the floor plans and the finishes with the intent to create spaces that gather people together. We want families to gather around the dinner table. We want friends to gather on the deck. We want friends to gather to create memories. Literally, this project has been years in the making, it is a privilege to finally see couples, families, and friends imagine their life in our space!

Attendance was record-breaking at the Parade. The first-weekend ticket sales were already double what they were in 2019, and our walk–throughs were triple what they were last year! These numbers reflect the national data that shows a strong housing market, especially here in Utah where job growth continues to create a demand for quality housing.

Being part of the Parade of Homes is an honor. It gives us an opportunity to collaborate with the best builders in the Valley and showcase industry trends, innovative designs, and incredible finishes. If you have ever been to the Parade of Homes yourself, you know how much fun it can be to see colorful interior design styles, unique decor elements and creative floor layouts that spark ideas and a fresh perspective to what a home can look like!

As a special treat, we were invited to a Salt Lake Parade of Homes Preview Event benefiting the Little Miracles of Utah. This non-profit organization provides a unique framework to encourage corporations, groups, and individuals to serve through giving their time and resources to relieve the burdens of single-parent families.
